New 2009 Merchandise & DVD's in Online Store

The 2009 Budweiser Dairyland Super Nationals were a huge success. There were over 600 hooks with almost great weather. We did get all six sessions of pulling in over the weekend. The fans and sponsors alike enjoyed the 7' x 12' video screen provided by NTPA. This allowed everyone to view the pulls on the screen as they happened and we could also see instant replays. The entire pull was filmed this year. We will have the DVD's in the Web Store soon. Watch for the "Bad Girls of Tractor Pulling" Sweatshirt in the store. This was another popular item at the Pull this year.

The temperatures and humidity were quite high on Friday, but the shows went off without a hitch. Over 500 kids attended the Full Pull Kids Klub. There were over 300 motorcycles in the "Salute to the Military" Motorcycle Parade. Attendance was very good both sessions. It was not a record, but it was up from 2008.

Remember, we said "almost perfect weather"… Saturday started off with a 70% chance of rain. Halfway through the first show there was a 15 minute rain. The pull was put on hold until the rain quit, then our crew peeled the track and we resumed pulling. At 5:30 p.m. we had another 15 minute downpour with 45 mile an hour winds. Again, our track crew peeled and worked the track and we started pulling at 7:00 p.m. finishing up with a great evening. Ronald McDonald made a visit to the pull grounds and did a great job singing the National Anthem.

Sunday was a perfect day. Low 70's all day, sunny and breezy. The fans loved it also. Again, attendance was up over 2009. We would like to thank all of the fans, pullers and sponsors for making the Budweiser Dairyland Super National the great pull that it is! The 2010 Results are posted on the results page.
