The Monroe County Agricultural Society has vendor booth spaces available for rent during the Budweiser Dairyland Super National Truck and Tractor Pull. The event takes place over three days at Recreation Park in Tomah, WI.  Vendors are permitted to choose from several placement options; both indoor and outdoor options are available.  The Society aims to provide pull attendees with opportunities to browse commercial booths, displays, retail, homemade art/craft, flea market, and many tasty food options. We are looking for diversity in the types of products we have at our event because we get many different types of visitors — from children to older adults.  Please fill out the contract in the Registration Packet below and mail it to the address on that same contract to confirm a space at our event. Typical attendance at this event is over 70,000 over the three days.

Please read the Vendor Manual within the Registration Packet to become familiar with event policies and opportunities. View the Vendor Contract to read about the different types of areas vendors can set up and rent space in.  Provide a certificate of liability insurance, listing Monroe County Ag. Society as additional insured when you submit your contract. You must also print and fill out the Wisconsin Temporary Event Operator and Seller Information form, also located within the Registration Packet, for sales tax purposes and to abide by Wisconsin Dept. of Revenue code.


COMMERCIAL FOOD VENDORS are by invitation only. If you are interested in becoming a food vendor at our event, please email the main office. When contacting the main office via email, please be sure to include your full menu, the dimensions of your booth (frontage and depth – HITCH INCLUDED), electric/water needs, and pictures of your setup. That information will be passed on to the Vendor Committee for consideration. You will be notified of acceptance or denial in a timely manner.
